The unveiling of the AAA Professional Football League (APFL)

Today the Vegas Lions Football Team, under the ownership of Jeff Belknap & Bill Miller, once again has raised the bar to new heights in minor league football, by becoming a member of the brand new AAA Professional Football League.

Standing tall with their counterparts from the So Cal Coyotes, San Diego Sharks and Arizona Scorpions, not only to announced the formation of a new league, but the ground-breaking Player Compensation Plan, which will not just provide a player stipend, but full medical and health coverage for each teams’ roster players.

Since forming the Vegas Lions in 2013, Belknap and Miller made it clear that they would not only look to provide a professional business platform for football at the minor league level, but that they would do their utmost in protecting the well being of the young men whom would be entrusting their football career to.

Today marks a major sea-change in Professional Minor League Football and elevating the APFL’s founding teams above the pack!
