Disappointment, BUT History Made In the Las Vegas Desert:

Scorpions 32, Lions 19

Under the lights on a spectacular Saturday night in the Las Vegas Desert, the stage was set: After months of tryouts, camp, sweat, tears and wide-eyed anticipation that they were about ready to make HISTORY, the Arizona Scorpions and Vegas Lions, took the field at Sierra Vista HS. Remember the date and time; it was April 11th at 7:00PM.

Five Star Sports & Entertainment Triple-A Professional Football League inaugural season was under way!

The look, feel and vide was electric as the Scorpions and Lions took the field and the crowd of over 700 people knew something special was about to happen. From the new uniforms and freshly painted helmets, to the officiating crew who commented before the game just how excited they were, it was indeed a special night.

Disappointment for the Lions and their fans, and I’m sure a great bus ride back to Arizona for the Scorpions, and hats off to J.P Fox and the entire Arizona Scorpion organization, as they managed one hell of a game.

For the Lions, its back to practice as they prepare for their first road trip of 2015 as they travel to Oceanside, CA for battle against the California Sharks, Sunday April 19th, 3:00PM kick-off at Oceanside High School.

For Five Star Sports & Entertainment Triple-A Professional Football League, the best is still yet to come!

Welcome to the Pride!!!
