As a Triple AAA Professional Football team it is our Mission:
On the field to provide a platform for young adult men to not just meet but to exceed their athletic goals in a professional environment.
Off the field, to set a positive and professional example to our fans, and both private and corporate donors, by being active in community- wide volunteerism and mentorship programs.
In order to achieve these goals, we must seek out and retain not only the most qualified individuals on and off the field, but corporate and community sponsors who share our vision.
Our Goal:
As each of us has that one individual goal in life, so to do the young players, coaches and staff who commit to the Vegas Lions Football Team. And for the 18 year and older stand out athlete; it’s trying to reach their goal, be that in collegiate or professional level programs.
Each young man, coach and staff member will have the opportunity to utilize the professional resources that our organization will make available to them to assist them in reaching their goals.
More importantly, for the players, our objective is to ensure that these young men gain structure and purpose to their off the field lives. No one can play football at this level forever. The majority of their lives will be spent in the community-at-large, as productive and contributing members of society.

Jeff Belknap
Jeff has been involved in management for several companies, including Nevada State Bank and Super Pawn. He gained his business experience by starting grass roots business, ASAP Pawn (later purchased by EZ Pawn). He then became the owner of Green Valley Cleaners and Advantage One Cleaners, which he has owned and operated since 1999. In 2007 Jeff began working with the Vegas Kings Minor League Football Team. He held the position of Director of Communications and General Manager for 6 seasons where he met his business partner Bill Miller. The two men decided to take a leap of faith with hopes of bringing the best possible football oganization to Las Vegas. Their goal is to raise the bar for Triple AAA Professional Football in Las Vegas, while offering players an avenue to continue their dreams.

Bill Miller
With over 30 plus years in the business of Logistics and Cargo Managment, one of his true passions over the last 7 years has been his connection with minor league football in the greater Las Vegas community. Not an X's and O's guy, his core contribution has been in the area of team management. With former Vegas Kings Minor League Football colleague Jeff Belknap, in 2013 they established parent company Southern Nevada Football LLC, and its subsidiary and flagship team, Vegas Lions Football. One of their lofty goals: To bring Triple AAA Professiona Football to Southern Nevada.

Vegas Lions History: 2013 to the Present
With over 15 years between the two of them involved with Las Vegas area football teams, it took a leap of faith in 2013, both figuratively and literally, for Jeff Belknap and Bill Miller to finally decide it was time to start their own team.
Having had a chance to see the potential, as well as the pitfalls in other teams, it was evident that it was time to set the bar high and truly put the word PROFESSIONAL in Triple AAA Professional Football. It was indeed TIME For the VEGAS LIONS!
First things first, establishment of the parent company, Southern Nevada Football LLC, for which Vegas Lions Football and sister company Genesis Pure, would nest under.
Second, securing a standout location to host these professional athletes, the prestigious Henderson International School, which offers a quality surface, expanse and secure atmosphere for families and friends.
Third, recruiting and successfully securing a coaching staff, whose task would not only be to coach, but prepare a truly professional platform for the athletes entrusted in their care. Said Coaches must not only continue to be guided by the Mission and Goals of the program, but also the no nonsense approach by the ownership.
Lastly, with the help of our growing list of Corporate and Private Sponsors, to embark on the inagural 2013 Fall Season of play in the California based United Football Alliance League (UFAL), which we felt would provide the stiffest and most organized competition for our Lions.
